Welcome to gazzoleen.be (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products available at https://www.gazzoleen.be (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases from our Site. By using our Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Products and Availability
- We sell physical and digital music products, including but not limited to vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, merchandise, and downloads.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
- We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects true colors or details.
3. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you agree that all information provided (including billing and shipping details) is accurate and complete.
- Prices are displayed in euro (€) and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other factors outside our control.
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- At this moment we do not sell nor ship to the territories of the US because of the significant changes that have been made to global tariffs that will likely affect how packages move between countries. Starting on August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for packages entering the US will expire, meaning some merch items will be subject to tariffs.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Digital downloads and opened media (vinyl, CDs, cassettes) are generally non-refundable, unless defective.
- If you want to return an item and want a refund, please read the refund and return page first.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of gazzoleen.be or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

- You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
